GeoSupport 2004

A successful joint conference was held by ADSC-ASCE GeoInstitute at the Wyndham Palace Hotel in Orlando from Jan. 28-31, 2004. Billed as "The Greatest Show in Earth", a major showing of large construction equipment and over 2000 attendees participated in the event. Proceedings of 1045 pages were co-edited by John Turner & Paul Mayne and produced by ASCE in both hard copy & CD format. Keynote talks were given by Billy Camp, Dan Brown, Fred Kulhawy, and Larry Roth, as well as the Peck Lecture by Demetrious Koutsoftas and the 2004 Terzaghi Lecture by Harry Poulos. Don Bruce received the Hayward Baker Award.
