Work before the course start Before the course start in Riga we would like you to describe yourself as a stakeholder (expert, politician, civil servant, NGO-man etc.). This description should be done in such a way that it can be used to divide the course participants into working groups. Check out the link for more information about how you should to this description.
Course start – 2-3 October in Riga The first meeting in the Course will be held in Riga, 2-3 October. The meeting is a kind of kick off where you get to know the other participants in the Course and gives you an introduction to different methods and how you should work during the course with the case and how you use the web-site. Work after the Riga meeting 3-10 October At the seminar in Riga the working groups compared the different harbour locations. Next step is to complete the work by writing a reporta (4 pages). The reporta should summarise the group works in Riga.
Web Discussion 3 October -15 December After the meeting in Riga the discussions about harbour locations and planning processes will not be over. During the whole course you can use the discussion forum to discuss.....

Course finish – 14-15 December in Stockholm At the Seminar there will be lectures given about Conflict Resolution and the working groups will present their work by a Role play.
